We’re working with a new customer who was unfortunately ill-advised by another architect and had to have their drawings created twice—once by the initial architect and then again by our design team. Initially, this customer was hoping for a double-storey extension, but due to neighbouring properties, this was never possible.
The planning department didn’t approve the drawings and the initial architect, who should have known this would be the case, stepped aside. We have redesigned the work, which is now a single-storey extension, and this has been approved! We look forward to seeing this progress!
